Thursday, May 24

Wow - it was a warm one today!  Grateful for the beautiful weather the past few weeks and looking forward to the holiday weekend!

A few reminders as we leave for Mackinaw next week and the end of the school year is almost upon us!

• permission slip for Mackinaw - due tomorrow (Friday, May 25) it is in the parent packet that went home last Friday
• We leave for Mackinaw on Wednesday - students need to at school at 8 AM
• End of the year party at my house is Tuesday, June 5 - information went home today (Thursday).  Let me know if you can drive

It's Friday, It's Friday!  Grateful for another great week in 5th and 6th grade!

Reminders:

• State report posters due on Tuesday, presentations on Tuesday and Wednesday
• You are invited to the state report presentations - schedule is in the newsletter
• Mackinaw Trip packet went home today (Friday) and permission slip due by next Friday

Spelling - test today on Easily Confused Words - the last two spelling tests this year are review lists and will have 25 words on each list

Social Studies - had ch. 5 quiz today and State Report poster due 5/22 and presentations 5/22 and 5/23

Bible - Psalm 1 - 5/23

Spelling - completed pages 99-100 in class and test on Friday 5/11

Social Studies - took notes on 5.1 and 5.2 and p. 31 MSR due 5/10

Bible - new verse Psalm 1:1-3 due 5/16
