Our Bake Sale was a HUGE success today! Thank you so much for bringing in those goodies. We even had some parents send in items who were not on the list - that is teamwork! We raised over $45 for our trip to Mackinaw this spring!

We've had another beautiful day - how encouraging! I am enjoying the beauty of the leaves this season and all the different colors one can see. God makes things so beautiful for us - Thank you! I am thankful and grateful for the students' enthusiasm to help out in the bake sale. Everyone wanted to volunteer and do something. Once again I am so blessed by my students!

Here is a recap of our day:

Reading - In the Year of the Boar and Jackie Robinson chapter 6 due 11/8. We began reading "From a Spark" and will finish reading the activity on Friday.

Math - Lesson 35 due 11/3 and quiz on 11/4

Writing - In the Year of the Boar and Jackie Robinson questions and vocabulary ch. 6 due 11/8

Spelling - p. 27-28 due 11/3. Study words 11-15 and review 1-10

Science - test 11/8 - study guide tomorrow

Social Studies - test 11/9 - study guide tomorrow or Friday

Bible - Philippians 2:14-16 due 11/9
